In the spirit of 'We need something to fill up those timeslots with, and it's the holidays, so no-one'll be watching much telly here anyway', one of the commercials has decided to air all four Alien-movies on consecutive nights, starting tonight.

So at the risk of losing geek-cred I'll admit I've never seen any of them. Are they worth it? Given that I like sci-fi and horror. Besides, I like seeing strong women.

Small rant: why so late? Now I have to ask dad to tape them for me. Stupid curfew.

Alien is worth seeing. I have it on reasonably good authority that Aliens is pretty good too. Number 3 is apparently a remake of 1 in a different location. Number 4 is awful, no question about it.
