bookish_dragonLet me get some coffee first. *pours, sits down again* There, now on to "Meat". He is. For one, because he finally confronted Gwen with her lying. All right, I can understand, sort of, why she couldn't tell him. Really, I can. I can understand why she wanted part of her life to be normal and human and not alien-infested. I just don't think she had any right to be offended when he confronted her. She did hurt him. The fact that she didn't give him the amnesia-pill fills me with slight hope for them. I do hope she sticks with him.
Because I would have hunted RTD and slapped him if Rhys had died. Slapped him hard.
Sappy!Jack does not amuse me. Why was he so emo? First over the alien manatee and then over Gwen threatening to leave. Was he knurd or something? Though his "This is becoming very homo-erotic" to Rhys getting up close and personal made me long for Jack/Rhys. Or Jack/Rhys/Ianto. *mm*
Though Snarky!Ianto amused (Tosh: "We could save the world", Ianto: "We could release a single"), and Vengeful!Ianto ("Pray that they survive") made me go o.O
*waves tiny OTP-flag* Tosh needs to go "I slept with a gay alien and a refugee from WWI. I will now make you mine, for I am Tosh, hear me roar", conk Owen over the head and drag him to her place. Subtle hints do not work on the smarmy bastard.
The actual story did not hold my attention, beyond "I am so glad I am a vegetarian".
