No, Egwene, it is not unfair that you're expected to follow the rules that you agreed to when you went to the Wise Ones to learn how to be a Dreamwalker. You wanted to be able to keep your appointments with Nynaeve and Elaybe in Tel'aran'rhiod? You could have brought that up with Amys before you agreed to anything. That does not mean that you can go off unsupervised into a place that can take your head off, both literally and in a metaphorical sense, after you'd said that you wouldn't do that until Amys had said you could.
Also, no, Rand is not being ungrateful for telling Moiraine to ask his damned permission before she Heals him. It's his damn body, he should get some way in who gets to touch it. Especially if the person touching him has just scolded him like he's a poorly house-trained dog who's just peed on the rug. He may be the Dragon Reborn, well on his way to becoming batshit insane. That does not mean he is out of consent.

Lord Luc and Slayer are the same person, in that they appear to share a body, or something of the like. As if this series wasn't confusing enough to begin with. So, does Slayer also show up in the real world, or is he confined to Tel'aran'rhiod? So far, it's not clear, but when Perrin shot Slayer there, Lord Luc in the real world suddenly made tracks, wounded in the exact same place. Hmmm.... It's obvious Lord Luc is one of the Forsaken, just as it's clear that Slayer is related to Lan. Though how that could be is not known at this point, since Lan is the last of his family. Or is he? There have been some members who have either disappeared going off to Shayol Gul, or who have just legged it because of treason.
And of course it's clear Lord Luc is one of the Forsaken. There's him suddenly showing up in the Two Rivers, and people flocking to him. Same thing happened in Cairhien, when Lord Gaebril showed up and almost instantly became the Advisor of Queen Morgase, and Lord Brend in Illian, and Lord Samon in Tear. They all three are Forsaken, though the last one is dead.
But even if Lord Luc hadn't been one, I still didn't like him. He was too condescending of the people around him, and it didn't sit well with me. I cane understnad why he put Perrin's back up so easily.
What I don't understand is why Slayer went around killing wolves in the wolf-dream (and finding that out was chilling in its own way. I mean, really, there's no wolves in either the real world or in the wolf-dream anywhere near the Two Rivers? That's freaky, that is, and not healthy at that, I'd wager. You need some kind of carnivore around, don't you? Especially one that hates Trollocs and Myrddraal, and who will attack them when they see them.)

Oh, Nynaeve... Shut up. No, really, shut up. You're not as delicate as you seem to think you are. You're being a bully, and I don't like it. Do you at any point think about the consequences of your actions? No, that's what I thought. It's a good thing that you can't channel unless you're angry, because otherwise you'd be even more of a holy terror than you are already. Also, you have the same dissonance going on that Mat does: saying one thing and doing the other, but in your case it pertains more to Lan than anything else. Not that that makes you any worse than Mat, I have to sau. He has this about this Daughter of the Nine Moons he's supposedly going to marry at one point, though he still hasn't figured out who she is.
