You are writing a book about LotR. Fine.
But, calling Éowyn Théoden's daughter? Or constantly calling Gandalf a magician? And that coming from someone who proclaimed himself to be a fan from the time LotR hit American soil?
That is a fail. And caused me to put your book away, because really, if you can't manage to get that right, what else is wrong?
However, I do congratulate you on not calling LotR an allegory. Or a satire, and just going with the Professor's own words about LotR.
Sincerely,
A reader.
