Leverage 5x01 The (Very) Big Bird Job
New season of Leverage! Oh Nate, don't. Don't start with the keeping secrets from your crew again. It didn't end so well the last time, did it? Eliot might not stick to mere threats this time, and you know what he is capable of. Worse, Sophie'll kick your arse, and you really don't want that, do you? Also, involving Hardison in this? bad form, Nate, bad form.
Oh, Cary 'As you wish' Elwes. His character was such a fanboy it was adorable. Not so much in the whole 'I don't care how shoddy my own planes are'-department. He was a bastard, yes, but I did like his fanboying of Howard Hughes and the Spruce Goose.
The whole simulation/illusion to make him think he was really flying the Spruce Goose, would that really work? Wouldn't he feel he wasn't actually flying, or would he have needed to go higher than he actually did?
There's a whole lot of planes in this show, sometimes playing a rather big role (The Mile High Job, for one). Huh. I'm not trying to make a point about this, it's just something I noticed.
