Some Latin-help, please?

I was watching NCIS yesterday (Murder 2.0), wherein the crew finds a note in the first victim's mouth:

www.primitus-victor.com

which Abby translates as 'the first victim'. I don't think that's correct. Victor means winner, but what does 'primitus' mean?

"Primus" means "first."

We stole it from the Latin, according to dictionary.com. ;)

Althernatively it means a portable cooking stove burning propane gas for fuel, but that makes no sense from context.

(Oh and Primus is the Lord of all Modrons according to the D&D Monster Manual II).

Ok so I can't read properly.

Primitus, according to my "extensive online research", means "first, for the first time."

Maybe the killer was looking at the killing as a contest between he and the victim? He lived, so he won? Or am I being silly?
