Hrmph. I finished the second Guildpact-book yesterday evening, and I am still wondering who let this guy write. I mean, there's plot-points falling out of the sky without ever having been hinted at before. It's quite aggravating, since Hendon does have a nice story going, and I like the characters, even if Agrus dies. He does need a good editor, though. But given some of the things going at WotC with editors and proofreaders, I fear that's too much to hope for. *sighs*
